Mika Martikainen

During Mika's 25-year career, he has worked with and lead multinational teams in the fields of education, telecommunications, venture capitalism, ICT start ups, banking and power plants.

His core competences include identifying business opportunities, creating business cases, building up and running project teams, and negotiating customer-provider agreements. When business initiatives are started from scratch, Mika finds the team and leads them to build up the business. His analytical and process oriented approach has shown fast results when transforming product ideas via technical implementation to commercial products. Mika's time critical and smooth multicultural approach helps to run international and complex projects successfully and to finish them in planned time and budget limits.

Mikko Patrakka

Mikko has a broad experience of running business, sales and services teams in industries such as med tech, health care, manufacturing and process industry, marine and telecom operators.

He has worked several years on the floor level in the factories, in maintenance and production as well as been responsible for plant sales and service businesses. Recently he has been building services based on IoT with the largest industry companies in Finland. He has a wide network of developers in technology start-ups, sw companies and design houses. He has a good track record of improving floor-level business operations by introducing new digital technologies.
